“Crimson Lightning” — The Legendary Ace Pilot’s Gelgoog from MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM MSV

Johnny Ridden’s iconic MS-14B Gelgoog High Mobility Type finally joins the High Grade Universal Century (HGUC) lineup in a highly detailed 1/144 scale model kit. Known as the “Crimson Lightning” due to its striking red color scheme and the unmatched speed of its pilot, this custom Gelgoog faithfully recreates one of the most famous Zeon mobile suits from Mobile Suit Gundam MSV.

The kit features newly molded parts that accurately reproduce the High Mobility Type’s distinctive B-type backpack, a signature upgrade designed to enhance acceleration and maneuverability. The backpack’s large thrusters are recreated with impressive detail, including movable thruster bases for added articulation and dynamic posing options.

The iconic red and black color scheme of Johnny Ridden’s personal machine is faithfully recreated through color-separated molding, allowing builders to achieve an accurate appearance straight out of the box. The suit’s unique proportions, armor details, and aggressive silhouette capture the presence of the legendary Zeon ace unit.

The newly molded Rocket Launcher is included as the Gelgoog’s signature heavy weapon. Its movable grip allows the weapon to be held with both hands, enabling powerful combat poses and dynamic action displays. The kit also includes the Gelgoog’s standard armaments:
