One day, Capital Guard candidate Berli meets Aida, a space pirate girl who has attacked the tower with the mysterious MSG-Self. Attracted by Aida, Berli gets caught up in her actions and decides to board the pirate unit's mother ship, Megafauna. There, Berli, who became a pilot of G-Self, repeatedly rejected the relentless attacks of the military organization Capital Army.

Meanwhile, the great power Amelia forms a space fleet and sorties out to control the Capital Tower. Space pirates, who were a covert unit of the Amelia army, also followed, and Berli and Aida jumped out into space. In a fierce battle outside the atmosphere, Amelia's army, followed by Capital Army and Megafauna, reach the top of the Capital Tower, Sankt Porto.
