REVIEW Mobile Suit Ensemble 18 (Prototype Gundam, Silver Bullet Suppressor, Zaku Warrior, Zaku Warrior (Luna Maria use), and Gigan), Bandai

The following is a Review of Mobile Suit Ensemble 18 which was released in June 2021. This Mobile Suit Ensemble contains Prototype Gundam, Silver Bullet Suppressor, Zaku Warrior, Zaku Warrior (Luna Maria use), and Gigan.

Prototype Gundam

Since the joint parts are common to the series, the movement is the same as usual. Javelin equipment for weapon set. This can be held in both hands. 

Silver Bullet Suppressor

It has 4 spare arms and has a heavy back, so it comes with special auxiliary parts that can be attached to the pedestal. This is also as you imagined, such as the dark blue body color. Each of the four right arms was properly reproduced and had wrists. This is a big backpack, but it didn't affect the movement. Since there is no foregrip, it is not possible to hold both hands of Magnum. It is possible to make it look like it to some extent if it is deceived by the angle. 

Zaku Warrior

Zaku Warrior is released before Impulse. The curved form is beautiful and the details are precise. The mono eye is movable. Replaced with Blaze Zaku Phantom. In this state, the volume increased considerably and it was the coolest personally. 

Zaku Warrior (Luna Maria Custom)

The modeling is the same as the green one. This time, it seems that the two Zaku machines are half assorted, and the price of buying a set is high like the 17 bullets. I think the white Ray machine would have been better if it was released at the same time as the Lunamaria machine, but I think it will be released someday. Equipped with Gunner Wizard. In the play, it is basically a weapon that can be held with both hands, but since it is impossible here, there is no choice but to hold it with one hand. Two machines side by side. 

Gigan

The design is different from that of a normal humanoid MS, so you can make joints uniquely. The overall height is also quite low and it looks cute. Tires can rotate both front and back. Since the hip joint is the same as usual, there is also a hole for the pedestal. With prototype Gundam for size comparison. Since there are no legs, the width of the pose is narrower than usual. Just move the cannon on the top of the head or the arm to pose. 

Weapon set

Beam javelin. This is for Prototype Gundam. As usual, the color of the beam is colorless and transparent. Replacement parts for Blaze Wizard and Zaku. This is for Green Zaku, and the commander's head and right shoulder parts are also included. There was also a beam tomahawk.

It also comes with a Gunner Wizard and can be made into a Gunner Zaku Warrior. Large beam cannons can also be deployed. However, it was quite cramped because there were few gaps. The Gunner Wizard can also be attached to Green Zaku. 

Summary

This time, there was no easy-to-understand eyeball like Gundam, the main character of the TV animation, so it seemed a little plain, but each machine had good modeling and high color reproducibility, and the result was stable.
