REVIEW FW Gundam Converge SB No. 2 White Base, Premium Bandai
This is a REVIEW of the FW Gundam Converge SB No. 2 White Base from Bandai released in August 2021.
FW Gundam Converge SB No. 2 White Base Review
Overall, previously released Converge White Base was a huge size that could store Mobile Suit, but this time it is a small size that can be displayed side by side. The White Base is a battleship, so it's hard to understand, but it's deformed and the bridge and legs are bigger. It's almost a molded color, but the gloss is adjusted so there was no cheesy shine.
A lot of parts such as around the bridge and wings are runners, so it was a little troublesome to have to assemble by myself. There is no instruction manual, and you can assemble it by looking at this on the official website.
Option Set
The hatch on the front of the hangar can be opened and closed, and the exterior can be removed. It is also possible to install a catapult of another part inside. It was also possible to replace the main gun, machine gun and mega particle cannon.
Without the pedestal, the overall height wouldn't change that much, but this time it's quite small. By the way, the size was about the same as that of Kikan Taizen ver. When you put them side by side, the deformation is easy to understand.
Converge's white base used to be a huge size that can store MS in the hangar, but this time it will be released again as the SB series in a small size that can be displayed side by side.
It was a little troublesome for the finished product to have many assembled parts, but the moderate deformation and precision mold give it a convergent feel, and although it is centered on the molding color, the gloss is adjusted so the texture is not bad. It was a safe finish.
