Gundam Project Event - Gundam Port Yokohama

 Bandai Namco Group's cross-sectional project "Gundam Project" will commemorate the extension of the Gundam complex GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA, which has a "moving Gundam" with a total height of 18 meters, from Saturday, February 19, 2022 to March. "GUNDAM PORT YOKOHAMA" will be held in the Yokohama Bay area on the 13th (Sun)!

Port 1: Balloon display with a total height of about 17 meters that reproduces "last shooting"

We will exhibit the balloon of the famous scene "Last Shooting" of the final episode of "Mobile Suit Gundam". The balloon is about 17 meters high and reproduces the impressive scene where Gundam sticks out the rifle of his right hand toward the Zeong head. With special effects such as images and lighting, you can experience powerful scenes up close.

Port 2: The works of "Gundam R (Recycling) Operation" are gathered! Exhibition of works using runners

Collaboration works with "1/1 Runner Gundam Head", writer media artist Yoichi Ochiai, and creative company NAKED, INC., Which were exhibited at "Gundam R (Recycling) Operation FINAL" held in Shinjuku in November 2021. A special exhibition will be held. The latest items of Gunpla and Gundam figures will also be exhibited at the same venue.

Port 3: Screening of a new projection mapping featuring GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA's "Moving Gundam" and "Full-scale Unicorn Gundam Statue"

GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA's "RX-78F00 Gundam" and DiverCity Tokyo Plaza's "Full-scale Unicorn Gundam Statue" will perform a dream co-starring projection mapping. At the dogyard garden designated as a national important cultural property. , The work world of "Mobile Suit Gundam" and "Mobile Suit Gundam UC" creates a powerful experience space that crosses using the image walls on the right and left sides.

Port 4: Freedom Gundam balloons appear in the atrium!

Freedom Gundam, a mobile suit that appears in the "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" series, will appear in the atrium above the Grand Galleria on the 1st floor as a balloon with a total height of about 5 meters.

Port 5: Gundam R (Recycling) Operation-"GUNDAM PORT YOKOHAMA" Business Trip Version- @MARK IS Minatomirai

We will distribute a special booklet and a plastic model "Eco-Pla 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam Assembly Experience Ver." Using recycled materials for free to provide an opportunity to learn about recycling. By actually putting the runner (the frame of the plastic model) in the collection box, we plan to make you feel closer to recycling. We will also hold an exhibition about Gunpla recycling activities.

Port 7: White Base full-scale captain seat appears!

The interior of the White Base ship that appears in the "Mobile Suit Gundam" series will be reproduced, and a full-scale captain seat and control stick will be exhibited. On the wall next to the captain seat, an image of the universe and the earth seen from inside the ship is projected. In addition, a 1/144 size white base will be exhibited, and you can enjoy white base spec explanations and videos of famous scenes.

Port 8: Exhibition and card distribution of the new arcade card game "Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base" at Minatomirai Station

At Minatomirai Station Mirai Tube, Bandai Co., Ltd. will exhibit the card and housing of the new arcade card game "Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base," which will start operating nationwide from February 24, 2022 (Thursday). Gunpla 1/1 Gundam Head will be exhibited at the event space inside the ticket gate of Bashamichi Station. Also, with the motif of the new movie "Mobile Suit Gundam Kukurus Doan no Shima" on June 3, 2022 (Friday), and "Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans" scheduled to be broadcast on TV in the spring of 2022. BANDAI SPIRITS and BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment will jointly hold a test operation event of the "ROAD TO GUNPLA BATTLE Project" to realize a real Gunpla battle at GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA. Bring your own Gunpla and scan it on the spot to enjoy the battle in a virtual game space. Even if you don't bring your own Gunpla, you can enjoy the battle with the Gunpla prepared at the venue.
