REVIEW SDEX XVX-016 Gundam Aerial, Bandai
This is review of Bandai plastic model Gunpla Super Deformed SDEX XVX-016 Gundam Aerial from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury.
Plamo Gunpla Super Deformed SDEX XVX-016 Gundam Aerial Review
The box art is a design common to the EX standard series. I'm looking forward to seeing how the Gundam Aerial will be three-dimensionalized in the same series, which features an unusual arrangement.
Set Contents & Runner
It come with great design of Box Art and Manual Book Assembly Instruction. The EX standard series uses the same diameter as the HG series for weapons, so you can play with them together. The manual also mentions the interlocking gimmick firmly.
The A1 runner with multicolor molding. The bottom left part of the photo is the part that makes up the shell unit, and it is a clear color like smoke. An A2 runner come with multicolor molding. If you have multiple multicolor molded runners, the tension will go up.
The A2 runner has a front head part that has become a hot topic on SNS for its wonderful modeling technology. This can be done with one part. And the B runner and polycap runner that make up weapons etc. That's it for runners.
Foil seal is a reliable piece with a large size like SD. Following the HG, this item also includes a red eye sticker. The upper right is a sticker that expresses when the shell unit emits light.

Head Unit
The head has a shape that sandwiches the red base parts from the front and back. The red base parts have stickers attached to the eyes and forehead shell units. The front and rear parts of the head are inserted. The pattern of the shell unit is beautiful. Finally, cover the shell unit to complete the head.
It is a delicate detailing that makes it hard to believe that it is made up of all 4 parts. A sticker is attached to the yellow part of the temple. A sticker is also attached to the camera on the back of the head.
Body Unit
Like the EX standard series so far, the chest has a structure that contains four polycaps. A color-coded sticker is attached to the yellow and gray parts around the neck. This is the chest cover part with a beautiful clear color.
The color-coded stickers make the parts look very vivid. In addition, if you do not put a sticker on the shell unit part (the part with the pattern), you can also select the non-luminous state. Combining it with the base parts completes the chest.
Even so, the shine of the shell unit is beautiful. This is a place I would like you to see the real thing by all means.
Arms Unit
The arm part is a specification that the poly cap fits perfectly in the forearm. The white part of the back of the hand is reproduced with a color-coded sticker. Attach the shoulder armor to complete the arm. A red sticker is pasted on the upper part of the shoulder armor. A black sticker for when not issued is also included.
Legs Unit
The thighs and shins are integrated, and the parts configuration sandwiches the clear parts for the shell unit. A color-coded sticker is attached to the shell unit part. If you put other small stickers, the thighs and shins are complete. Red and gray on the heel part are stickers.
Waist Unit
The waist and abdomen are one piece, so it's a very small part, but the detail is wonderful. Attach color-coded stickers to complete the abdomen and waist.
Backpack Unit
The backpack is reproduced with one part. This is another great detailing part. The backpack is completed after pasting the color-coded stickers. The effect of the color-coded stickers is amazing.
Weaponry and Accessores
Beam rifle and beam saber consist of one part. The beam rifle can be attached to the backpack like the HG series. The shield can attach and detach the upper blue bit stave. The shield is complete after pasting the color-coded stickers.
In addition, the blue bit stave can be attached to the shoulder armor to reproduce a simple bit on form state. Also, the beam rifle, beam saber, and shield can be combined to create an original plastic model. It's the best SD gimmick.
Summary
Thats the review of SD Gundam EX Standard Gundam Aerial from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. This item has attracted a lot of attention because it is an SD version of the new Gundam that is active in real time, but it has a primitive finish with a unique arrangement that is typical of the EX standard series, and you can enjoy the coolness of the Gundam Aerial image. it might be.
Also, in this review, I was once again impressed by the excellence of the color-coded stickers. Some people may think that color-coding with stickers is a negative thing, but I feel that it is a place that I would like you to experience by all means.
