Bandai Mobile Suit Gundam G-Frame FA 04 Review

Shokugan Gundam's proud full poseable action figure, "Mobile Suit Gundam G Frame FA". In the 4th installment, which continues to expand new aircraft, in addition to the series development so far, Gundam Aerial from the latest work "Mobile Suit Gundam Mercury Witch" appears! The contents also make you feel the further evolution of the G frame series.

In addition, from "Mobile Fighter G Gundam", Shining Gundam followed by God Gundam, "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083" GM Quell, and "Mobile Suit Z Gundam" Hyaku Shiki have been updated from past bullets. All of them have high play value that will make you forget the time and look for poses, so let's start with a sample review!

God Gundam

God Gundam from "Mobile Fighter G Gundam" is the aircraft for the 13th Gundam Fight Finals, which Domon Kasshu changed from Shining Gundam. A rugged silhouette reminiscent of a martial artist that draws on the flow of the previous Shining Gundam, numerous gimmick reproductions through conversion and deployment, motifs that match action poses and a flawless finish.

The head is dignified, and it is a handsome mask. The antenna is also strong and good. God slash is included as a weapon. It has a special shape with a beam blade like a Japanese sword.

You can also see her with her arms crossed, which is memorable with the title back. I am surprised again by the excellent movement of the frame. Deploys the back fins, replaces the chest energy multiplier with the deployed state, and changes to hyper mode. The metallic paint in the center gives it a nice glaring accent.

Then, deploy the arm cover, and use the special wrist to create an explosive Godfinger! Standing on your feet, the deadly pose with your waist is decided. The backpack is separated and equipped with a gimmick that becomes a corelander when the nose parts are attached.

The arm cover is also set for the left wrist. Just like the Shining Gundam, I'm looking forward to future expansions.

Gundam Aerial

Gundam Aerial from "Mobile Suit Gundam Witch of Mercury" still-mysterious mobile suit that adopts the GUND format on the machine of Suretta Mercury. The escutcheon shield can be attached separately, the frame has been specially modified, and the bluish white armor has been carefully projected to reflect the image in the play.

A large twin eye whose expression changes depending on the angle. Metallic paint also picks up light well. The shell unit is painted in gloss black and has a nice texture.

The frame is specially designed for the neck, abdomen, lower arms, ankles, etc. to express the aerial's squeezed waist and slender hands and ankles. The escutcheon separates from the base part and becomes 11 bit staves as set.

Seven of the Bit Staves are connected with 3mm diameter joints, so you can enjoy floating displays with figure stands such as the separately sold Shokugan Base. Furthermore, attach it to the whole body and go to bit on form. The size of BitStave is also good, and the beam rifle with a long barrel is also impressive.

If you have a wide range of motion, the dancing aerials shown in the promotional video of Gundam Co., Ltd. are also like this.

In the floating pose style of the key visual. With a special frame that can be moved, not only heroic action but also emotional and supple poses are something you can do. This range of motion and ease of use is addictive.

GM Quell

GM Quell from "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 STARDUST MEMORY" is an aircraft that should be called a GM Custom with Titans specifications, and the so-called Titans color, a dark blue tone, is a perfect fit. Bonus parts such as the armed GM rifle, shield, and a newly-sculpted Hazel head (!) are also included.

The visor on the head is painted metallic orange. A highly saturated orange shines in the dark body color. Like the GM Custom, a dedicated wrist with an angle for rifles is enclosed. It can be held by avoiding the interference of the magazine part.

A beam saber is also included. GM Quell, who was set to hunt the remnants of Zeon, looks good in a ferocious pose.

I think that there are people who want to display GM Quell by laying it down. Even if you lay it down, the details are firmly on the soles of your feet, and you will be happy that it will not stretch out.

And if you equip the Hazel Head, it will become GM Quell [Hazel Head], which also appeared in "ADVANCE OF Z: Under the Flag of the Titans"! The aircraft that became the development base of the Hazel series can be reproduced with the G Frame FA.

The head is a Gundam type, but it is arranged in a way that does not feel out of place with the body of Quell, giving it an optimal balance. The paint is not wet.

Hyaku Shiki

Lastly, from "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam", Char Aznable's golden body, Hyaku Shiki, aka Quattro Bajeena. Hyakushiki recorded in "G Frame 03" has been upgraded to FA format by adding new modeling. Originally, the legs with bare frames are a charm point of the aircraft, and it goes well with this series, which features frames.

The impression of the face is also a hundred formula. The "Hundred" writing style markings on the shoulders have also been decided. The gold-molded armor has a beautiful shine and good gold color just like the image.

Beam saber is included. The side of the shoulder armor is movable, so it can be missed when the arm is raised and does not interfere with the action. Clay Bazooka can be mounted on the back. It's an FA format, so I'm happy that the armor covers the whole body even when shooting from the back.

Clay bazooka, of course, can be held with your arm. And there's a red glow on his head. This time, as a bonus part, a whole head with twin eyes is included. You can enjoy Hyakushiki's sharp expression, which is rarely shown in the play.

Summary

Following the Shining Gundam, the God Gundam with a degree of perfection that breaks the ceiling, the Gundam Aerial that shows new innovations with a special frame, the surprise GM Quell [Hazel Head], and the resurrection with a solid degree of perfection. Ta Hyakushiki and this time there is no loss. Please welcome your favorite aircraft next to your desktop.
