Since it is a bust kit, there are no weapons. Although caution marks etc. are already printed, a marking sticker that can be pasted as desired was also included. This kit is almost a semi-finished product.

If you attach the armor to the main unit, you can complete it and assemble it quickly because there are few parts. Runners and boxes were introduced in a previous article, so please refer to them here. Also, as a purchase privilege, a display board that imagines the world of Gundam UC is included.

It's made of paper, but it's thick and sturdy, and it's printed on both sides. Just put this one behind you like a screen. Start with unicorn mode. This time, it is a bust model with various voices and movable gimmicks built in, and only a part of the head and chest is sculpted. Therefore, the movable part does not move except for the part that automatically transforms, and the rest is fixed.

Although it is a bust model, it is over 40cm in height and has an unbelievable presence. There is no particular description of the scale, and the exact scale is unknown.

As for the armor, this time all the white armor has been painted and is matte. The gray frame was molded in color, and the psycho frame used milky white clear parts.

The antenna is equipped with a magnet so that it fits perfectly even in unicorn mode. In addition, the armor is not only painted, but also has fine caution marks printed on it, so the texture is very good even as it is. Transformation and sound gimmicks are built in, but 6 x AA batteries are required to move.

As for the head, when the switch is turned on, the top of the head and the visor emit green light. The number of parts is small, but because it is this size, it does not feel like the edges are rounded. A comparison between when the camera is not illuminated and when illuminated. The top camera is brighter.

As for the chest, the deformation gimmick is not installed, and the psycho frame is visible even in unicorn mode. The details of the armor are fine, and the molds are appropriately molded and there are markings.

Some frame parts such as the neck also had markings. The details are also firmly contained in the psycho frame part. There is an external terminal on the right shoulder side. This jack is for connecting your external speakers. The audio seems to be mono.

Sound and Light Gimmick

There are many switches on the left shoulder side. Regarding this switch, AC1 and AC2 are normal deformation gimmicks. EP1 to 7 and MS (Mineva Speech Switch) are buttons that reproduce famous scenes in each episode, and you can enjoy transformation and light-up gimmicks in conjunction with BGM and lines. You can cut only the lines by pressing the CV button during episode mode.

The battery box is located on the back and holds 6 AA batteries. The markings in various places are accurate and large, so you can read the letters. When transformed, the cheek armor and mask rotate dynamically with the sound effect. Finally, the antenna cracks and changes to Destroy Mode.

Of course, the psycho frame emits red light, but there was enough light even in bright lighting for photography. The head is also nicely put together. This form suits you better because the psycho frame on the chest is exposed.

Here, the amount of light from the twin eye is bright and clearly visible. The fine frames on the cheeks were also beautifully illuminated. The slit in the mask is open.

The antenna is painted in beautiful gold. The painting accuracy was good, and my own thing did not have paint dripping or conspicuous dust entrainment. The Vulcan is also well reproduced, and it is worth seeing only in a large size. After a while after transformation, the psycho frame flickers and flickers.

When decorated with dark lighting, the psycho-frame's light is emphasized and the light-emitting part is large, so it looks very good. Since it is also painted, there was no feeling that the plastic could be seen through by the light emission.

Change to green light emission in awakening state. The deformation pattern is the same as the red light emission.

It is a deformation video of green light emission. Green has a calm impression and has a different charm than red. After a while, the psycho frame will flicker.

Although it is an episode mode, it has a large amount of lines and BGM built-in. By pressing each switch, along with the BGM and sound effects of that scene

Mineva Lao Zabi Speech along with BGM and sound effects will sound and transform. Also, the deformation is elaborate, and the opening and closing speed of the antenna changes depending on the scene.

Also, in some scenes such as Mineva's speech, the psycho frame shines in various colors. The lighting pattern is also attractive. This is a video of the episode mode, but the lines themselves are quite long, and the background music is also played, so I'm introducing some excerpts.

You can turn off the lines with the CV button, but you can't turn off the BGM and let the lines flow, so if possible, it would be easier to introduce the lines, so I was happy to have a button to turn off the BGM. And if you press and hold the EP7 button, EP1 to 7 will flow continuously and finally the ED theme "StarRingChild" will flow.

Combined with the bonus board. Just put it in the back, so you don't need to do any troublesome work. Each scene is drawn on the board and the size is just right.

Comparing with RG Unicorn (1/144), it's pretty big, but it's a bust, so it wasn't that difficult to decorate.

Summary

This time, it feels more like a semi-finished kit, and the main unit with complicated built-in gimmicks does not need to be assembled, and since there are few armored parts, it can be assembled in no time even though it is this size.

However, the white armor is painted and the markings are printed, so it looks luxurious and there is no see-through when the light is emitted. Since it is a bust kit, flashy action poses are not possible, but the famous scenes of each episode are reproduced with lines and BGM, and it is a masterpiece that transforms and lights up according to it.

There are places where the chest doesn't transform, but the transformation itself is quite elaborate, and the speed changes to match the sound effects of the scene, so it was a kit that made me feel more particular than I thought.
