The HG 1/144 Monkey Crab Rodi, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @paychine, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

The builder created Monkey Club Roddy, also known as Z'Gok of the Iron Blood World, using a 3D scanner, 3DCG, and 3D printer. Despite initial concerns, the process of making the kit from scratch using Zbrush and UV resin output was enjoyable.

Monkey Rodi, damaged in battle, was repaired by the Rakou Pirates and equipped with a claw featuring a built-in machine gun. The shield uses armor from the main body. Using the setting picture as a reference, the builder aimed to match the scale of Man Rodi's plastic model and achieve a cohesive look.

The orange parts are a redder persimmon color than the setting, specific to monkey crabs. The camera eye is functional, glowing fluorescent pink under black light. The claws on the hands and legs have operational gimmicks.

In past work, the builder admired Tekkadan with Landman Rodi.
