The HG 1/144 GQuuuuuuX Unit-02a, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @halginmido1, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

The GQuuuuuuX Unit 2 α is finished! It was customized using 30MM option parts to give it the desired look. Since no major modifications were made, it can still be reverted to its original state.

From the moment GQuuuuuuX was first seen, the goal was to make it resemble Eva New Unit-02 α! The missile pods were supposed to be positioned in different directions, similar to Unit-02’s chaotic loadout, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite fit well, so that idea was scrapped.

For the two shields, a warning-line aesthetic was applied to match the Evangelion style. Looking back, the yellow and black should have been made more vivid—kind of regretting that now!
