The MG 1/100 Char's Zaku II: GQuuuuuuX Version, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @tatsuya_bond, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

This 1/100 scale mixed-build project takes inspiration from Char’s iconic red mobile suit, using Kotobukiya's V-Thor as the base kit. Additional parts from MG Char’s Zaku, various Kotobukiya components, plastic plates, and rods were incorporated.

To reflect the “Red Comet” moniker, the build emphasizes high mobility, featuring a large backpack equipped with thrusters comparable to high-mobility models.

The color scheme is inspired by the Origin version, adopting a deeper red similar to Johnny Ridden's unit. The final palette includes four shades of red, black, gunmetal, and gold, achieving a bold yet refined aesthetic.

For weaponry, the build features a heavy weapon from Kotobukiya, reminiscent of the ASR-78 anti-ship rifle from Gundam: The Origin.
