Magatsuki is based on the Frame Arms model of the same name designed by ToMo and transformed into an original female character illustrated by E-ji Komatsu.And now, a variation model kit of Magatsuki, MAGATSUKI [KIKKA] is born!

A bonus pamphlet made by SB Creative is included with this model kit which includes special content such as an original illustration.

Model Specifications: 3 types of pre-painted face parts are included (Smiling, Injured, and Eyes Closed). The hairstyle is changed to be one that is tied up. Magatsuki’s standard long hair part is also included. Bangs without headgear is included. The model kit is designed with gold and white-based coloration to complement the standard Magatsuki.

Clear throwing stars are included and are the same coloration as the transparent armor. The kit includes decals for the eyes and other gold markings. The characteristic clear armor of Magatsuki is recreated with clear parts and has engravings carved underneath. The 3mm joints enable this model to be assembled into the default form as well as a special “Kunoichi Mode”. Various accessories can also be attached giving fans the ability to customize this model. 2 sets of the long sword “Tenkai” and short sword “Satsuga” are included. The sheathed/unsheathed versions of the weapons are recreated without replacement parts.

Joint parts are included to attach the long sword “Tenkai” to the model’s heel. It is possible to assemble the headgear into a large version, or into 2 smaller variants. A simple round base is included. The attachment parts can be moved up and down. Optional joint parts for the thigh are also included. Hip joint parts are also included. The pop-out chest and shoulder joints can be moved, allowing for a wider range of movement. Using the sliding joint on the hip and the pop-out joints on the thighs together will allow for a wider range of movement. The hand parts are attached with a ball joint, allowing the hands to be posed in a variety of expressions.

The model kit includes five sets of PVC hand parts. The joint is compatible with other Frame Arms Girl model kits, allowing you to change out the hands to customize your own Frame Arms Girl. The 3mm connectors on the arms and feet are compatible with gear from the M.S.G and Frame Arms series.

Frame Arms Girl

Frame Arms Girl is a spin-off of Kotobukiya’s original model kit series, Frame Arms, reimagined with a bishoujo-style twist. In this series, each mecha design is transformed into a stylized female character, blending mechanical elements with character-focused aesthetics.

The kits are designed to be beginner-friendly while still offering depth for experienced builders. They feature multi-colored parts and pre-painted face plates created using tampography, allowing them to be assembled straight out of the box without the need for painting. This makes the building process both accessible and enjoyable.

Frame Arms Girl models also retain the signature 3mm joints and PVC hands from the Frame Arms series, ensuring a high level of compatibility. These features allow users to mix and match parts with a wide range of accessories from other Kotobukiya lines, including M.S.G (Modeling Support Goods) and Frame Arms. Additionally, newer models in the series are designed with interchangeable heads, arms, and legs, giving builders the freedom to customize and create their own unique Frame Arms Girl designs.

Magatsuki is now available in an impressive 1/6 scale, standing approximately 25 cm tall. This version has once again been designed by ToMo and E-ji Komatsu, bringing their signature style to a larger and more detailed format. By enlarging the original Kotobukiya CAD data into a GRANDE SCALE model, this kit enhances not only visual detail but also overall build quality. From easier assembly and painting to improved playability and poseability, the larger size allows for a more refined and enjoyable modeling experience.

The model features several upgrades that take full advantage of its increased scale. Its color scheme has been more accurately reproduced, and it includes the gold decals from the [KIKKA] design for added visual appeal. Three pre-painted face parts—smiling, injured, and eyes closed—are included, each printed with tampography for high-quality detail. The character’s distinctive transparent armor is recreated using clear parts with engraved detailing underneath, adding depth and realism to the design.

Functionality and articulation are also key highlights of this kit. With 5mm joints, the model can be assembled in its standard form or transformed into a special “Kunoichi Mode.” It comes equipped with two sets of weapons: the long swords Tenkai and the short swords Satsuga, both of which can be sheathed and unsheathed without swapping parts. Additional joint components allow the long sword to be mounted on the heel, while optional thigh and hip joints expand posing possibilities. The headgear can be configured as one large piece or split into two smaller versions for customization.

The model is designed for a wide range of dynamic movement, thanks to features such as pop-out chest and shoulder joints, sliding hip joints, and extendable thigh joints. Hand parts are connected via ball joints, enabling expressive and varied poses. The kit includes five sets of PVC hands, all compatible with other Frame Arms Girl GRANDE SCALE models. It also provides larger 1/6 scale weapon-holding hands suitable for gripping guns, swords, and other accessories.

Additional customization options include decals for the eyes and other parts, as well as joint converters that allow 5mm connection points to be adapted to 3mm, making the model compatible with M.S.G and other Kotobukiya series equipment. Please note that certain items from the standard scale [KIKKA] kit—such as short hair parts, uncovered bangs, and throwing stars—are not included in this version.
