The MG 1/100 00 Qan[T] Repair, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @for_riner, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

The builder has completed a custom MG 1/100 00 Quanta Repair, envisioning a version of the Quanta that has sustained severe damage on its left side during combat. As an emergency field repair, parts from the 00 Gundam and a cloak reminiscent of Exia Repair were incorporated. All of Quanta’s original armaments were consolidated onto the right side, creating a distinctive asymmetrical silhouette.

While the design takes inspiration from Exia Repair, this version deliberately concentrates all visible damage on the left side. In contrast, the right side is kept more intact, creating a strong visual contrast. The color scheme was toned down by replacing yellow and red accents with gray and white, giving the model a more subdued appearance.

The damage on the left side was carefully crafted: armor was shaved down using a rotary tool and refined with a hobby knife. A base coat of black-gray and silver was applied, followed by dry brushing techniques to simulate realistic battle wear and metal exposure.

Several modifications were made to emphasize detail and character:

The blade antenna was repositioned forward for a sharper facial expression.
Armor pieces were intentionally offset to expose inner frame sections.
The left leg was replaced with one from the 00 Gundam.
The rear skirt armor was swapped with a longer version from AGE-2, and the front skirt was adjusted for better balance and volume.

The binder received additional detailing and inner weapon attachments. The sword was finely masked and painted with slimmer lines for added precision. The cloak was painted using gradient techniques and lightly weathered with washes for a worn look.
