The MG 1/100 Stormbringer x Flauros, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @shun_yakaraJ, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

The model is now complete.

This project featured minimal kitbashing and instead focused primarily on custom scribing, marking the builder’s first time creating a finished piece with that emphasis.

The work was inspired by NAOKI’s custom Stormbringer build. The builder took cues from that example and interpreted them in a way that reflected their own skills and style.

While the original intention was to create something that felt distinctly different from their usual work, the final result turned out to reflect more of their typical approach than expected.

For decals, the builder primarily used the Ashita no Decals series. Most of the markings used were caution-type, but for a creative twist, a "Clear & Neon" Fire Red decal was applied around the face area. This detail was added to evoke a unique Iron-Blooded Orphans-style aesthetic. The change in the twin-eye color was also part of the intended effect.

Photography was done at a session organized by Etsuo, and the builder expressed gratitude for the opportunity. They hope the work can serve as a useful reference for others who are considering similar builds in the future.

For the hand parts, the builder used a product by Modelino (@kasunepla), specifically Hand Parts Ver.Re [Kaku] 1/100, Size L. This component was chosen to enhance the model's expressiveness and overall detail.
