The HG 1/144 Gundam Amazing Barbatos Lupus, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @garz4351, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

The Amazing Barbatos Lupus was completed. Its eyes use gold Lapit tape, giving them a natural eyeball-like appearance.

The overall color scheme combines familiar Mecha Surf Heavy and Mecha Surf Super Heavy tones with accent colors—Eva Red and Yellow—while keeping mixing with other kits to a minimum to preserve the original frame’s appeal.

The second beast form’s arms, normally stored on the back, were instead force-mounted under the rear wings for a more dynamic look, while still allowing flexible movement. The model comes equipped with two Sword Maces.

The outer shoulder armor was mounted upside-down, with claw-like parts omitted, resulting in a more massive silhouette. Wherever edges were soft, they were sharpened through careful sanding for a crisper finish.

The chest and waist sections from Barbatos Lupus were replaced with those from Marcossias, with the abdominal frame extended using spare parts. The legs incorporate parts from Lubris Ur, Harute, and No-Name, along with filled hollow sections and doubled side thrusters.

While intended to limit mixing, in the end, a fair amount of kitbashing was done before painting.
