The B1R-M Chassis Kit Skin Color D joins Kotobukiya’s Megami Device lineup as part of a new series of original base models. Based on Masaki Apsy’s Block1 standard body from the early days of the series, this updated version has been redesigned for smoother assembly, better proportions, and improved mobility, while still maintaining high compatibility with older Megami Device characters. A key feature of this release is the inclusion of movable printed eyes, a first for the series, which can be swapped with Block2 standard faces and hair from models such as the Buster Dolls. The kit also comes in two body types—concept color and full-body skin color D—allowing greater freedom in customization and use as parts.
The set provides extensive customization options with both detailed and simplified body sections, a helmet that can conceal or reveal facial expressions, and interchangeable shoulder blades for compatibility with pre-Buster Doll chests. It also includes a back armament hanger with a 3mm connector for attaching parts from other kits, a precision tool for adjusting the eyes, and a stand to support dynamic one-legged poses. Like all Megami Device kits, the B1R-M integrates into the broader Kotobukiya ecosystem, offering builders a versatile foundation that expands both creative possibilities and the play value of the series.
