The HG 1/144 Nyaan's Gyan (Psycommu Equipment Test Type), masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @le_creuset3, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

This custom model depicts an experimental Gyan designed as a training unit for Nyaan prior to piloting the G-FreD. The build concept imagines a transitional mobile suit equipped with prototype psycommu technology and enhanced mobility systems.

The flight unit from Beguir-Beu (The Witch from Mercury) was mixed into the design to create a silhouette reminiscent of cat ears, reflecting Nyaan’s personality. The suit is equipped with two prototype remote bits, controlled via the experimental Kappa-Psycommu system. Combining the Hakuji booster with the flight unit allows performance on par with the G-FreD in terms of agility and thrust.

The color scheme draws inspiration from the G-FreD, with careful adjustments to achieve a unique balance distinct from the EVA-like palette. Despite the challenge of color separation, the finish aligns closely with the original concept.

Though summer heat extended the build time, the completed piece fully captures the intended image—a high-performance, character-driven Gyan variant that reflects both refinement and creativity. The builder expressed hopes to eventually create an Exavé custom version as well, inspired by the GQ Gyan’s standout presence in the series.
