The Gundam Mk-V II is a concept custom build envisioned as a compatible variant of the Mk-V, created to support the idea of integrating Lieben-style legs into a TR-6–derived unit. Rather than positioning it as a Mk-VII, the builder framed it as an alternate evolution rooted directly in the Mk-V lineage.

The beam rifle is adapted from Hazel II, with added scope and refined muzzle and sensor details based on Gundam Sentinel setting materials. The shield booster is derived from the reinforced type and features a prototype missile pod configuration, mounted using a runner-less stand solution.

For heavy firepower, the Hi-Mega Cannon deployment opens the chest armor and front multi-connector pod, revealing a vertically stacked dual-cannon layout. This design deliberately echoes earlier concepts, reaching back to Psycho Gundam–style ancestry. Incom units are fully functional, including relay Incoms that can deploy without external supports. The arms are also capable of launch, allowing layered offensive scenarios that combine shields, missiles, and close-range pressure.

The color scheme was carefully mixed to achieve a blue tone brighter than navy, slightly muted, and softly desaturated, a balance that proved challenging to capture accurately in photographs. The D-marking was masked by hand, resulting in minor irregularities. Comparative displays with related units highlight the Mk-V II’s heavier presence, making adjacent designs such as Barzam II appear notably slimmer.
