The MG 1/100 Gouf Custom, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @NguLzQmIkmo15BI, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

This project upgrades the MG Gouf Custom into a bulked-up heavy assault variant, loaded with additional weaponry and structural refinements. Sturm Fausts, a Zaku machine gun, and multiple Kotobukiya weapon units expand its battlefield presence while preserving the Gouf’s iconic silhouette.

The head unit was reworked with a Bandai antenna set replacement. The mono-eye was rebuilt and reduced in size, and the eye slit narrowed to create a sharper, more compact facial expression. The neck was extended by 1 mm, subtly improving posture and balance.

The torso received significant volume increases using plastic plate and putty. Shoulders and chest were enlarged for a broader, more powerful upper body. To match the expanded torso, the side skirts were widened by approximately 5–6 mm front and back, while the front and rear skirts were also pushed outward. Though the changes are understated at first glance, the overall impression is noticeably stronger and more imposing.

The spike armor was enhanced with added framing details and visor-like accents. The legs feature a modified “bird-leg” stance, with openings in the shin armor exposing portions of the internal frame. Similar cutouts were applied to the arms, and the upper arms were thickened and extended by 1 mm for added mass.

Beyond its signature gatling shield, the unit carries additional Sturm Fausts and a Zaku machine gun, along with layered Kotobukiya weapon parts. The expanded arsenal reinforces its identity as a close-range suppressive powerhouse.
