The 00 Raiser was completed with the goal of creating an interpretation that could evoke the presence and sophistication of an MGEX-style Gunpla, while pushing the original design beyond its standard appearance. The builder describes the concept as a machine that has transcended the conventional Gundam.

The project focuses heavily on surface detailing and mechanical refinement. Additional frame exposure, Metal Build-inspired elements, custom color mixing, and numerous detail modifications were incorporated throughout the model.

The result preserves the recognizable identity of Setsuna F. Seiei's 00 Raiser, while giving it a more advanced and premium mechanical appearance. The MG 00 Raiser itself already features a dedicated inner frame for both the 00 Gundam and 0 Raiser, along with the GN Sword III and LED-based GN particle lighting gimmick.

The builder also plans to enter this work in the Orazaku competition, making the project both a personal interpretation of the 00 Raiser and a showcase of the builder's accumulated modeling techniques.
