REVIEW Metal Build GN-001REIV Gundam Exia Repair IV, Bandai
Metal Build GN-001REIV Gundam Exia Repair IV was ordered and sold at Tamashii Web Shop. Repair IV, which is a modified version of Exia Repair III in the story after the movie version. GN-001REIV Gundam Exia Repair IV driven by Graham Aker has been made into a Metal Build.
Above is the appearance of Metal Build Gundam Exia Repair IV if the weapons are removed, unArmed Gundam Exia Repair IV.
Metal Build GN-001REIV Gundam Exia Repair IV weaponry consisting of GN Tachi, GN Bayonet, GN Battle Sword and GN Battle Blade which are included in the sales package of Metal Build Exia Repair IV.
Metal Build Gundam Exia Repair IV has 4 pairs of hands that can be changed to perform poses. There are 2 pairs of hands for gripping, 1 pair of semi-open arms, and 1 pair of open arms. The shape of his right hand is similar to Gundam Exia, but slightly different for his right hand, which is entirely colored in the inner frame.
Like most Metal Builds, this Gundam Exia Repair IV is also accompanied by a white Stand Base with a paint decal underneath.
The left chest and left arm with the exposed frame are characteristic. In addition to the left arm, some new moldings such as the gravical antenna, particle storage tank, and waist frame have been made, but the basics are a collection of parts from the Metal Build Gundam Exia that was released earlier.
Quanta's GN shield is on the right shoulder. A new GN sword type armament (GN Battle Sword & GN Battle Blade) is set on the shield and the Exia backside.
The setting of swords is relatively simple and the design does not interfere much with movement. Since the movement is almost the same as the Gundam Exia system, the explanation is omitted.
The newly built left arm is an alloy part. The range of motion is standard. The cable connected to the shoulder is a soft part. The upper part of the right shoulder can move upward. The GN shield is a frame connected to the back and can move flexibly like Quanta.
The gimmick is almost the same as Quanta, such as opening and closing the cover and moving the GN drive.
Two GN Bayonets are equipped on the frame part connected to the waist. The frame can be moved flexibly, and the joint part of the bayonet can also be moved, so it is possible to pose when pulling out the sword. GN Bayonet can be transformed into sword mode and rifle mode by deforming the grip part. The number is marked on the blade of the clear parts.
Two GN battle blades and two GN battle swords are attached to the GN shield. In terms of settings, unlike that of Quanta, it does not function as a bit.
GN Tachi, The Exia Repair IV's main weapon. Named after a type of Japanese sword, it has the longest blade amongst the Gundam's weaponry, a Bushido-like weapon. It can be stored in the particle storage tank on the back, and the base can be moved even when wearing a sword, so you can pose with a sword. Graham is left-handed, so I thought that Repair IV was left-handed like the previous ham machines, and it seems that it happened by chance.
The markings have also been redesigned for Repair IV. Only the left half of the body has an ELS-like appearance. Markings are also given inside the clear parts of each part.
The connection of the stand is attached to the hip joint. Graham Gundam markings on the Standbase as Blue paint. It seems that only the left arm can be Trans-AM-ed, but I wonder if there is a color variation.
Even though I was playing and moving, the left-handed pose made me feel strange every time, and I felt that the threshold was high.
