REVIEW Gundam Universe Char's Zaku II, Bandai

This is the review of Gundam Universe Char's Zaku II from Bandai. The body shape is thicker and heavier than the image in the play, so it seems that the tastes will be different, but this was interesting.

Gundam Universe Char's Zaku II Review

Head Unit

The shape is slightly flat and the pipe is thick, but the head is a normal Zaku face with no special features. The mono eye is a normal pink color as set. The antenna is sharp, but there is no spare, so be careful. The mono eye is movable. It can be moved with the knob on the lower side.

Body Unit

Gundam of the same work did not have such a thing, but Char's Zaku was arranged into a rugged body shape and the chest etc. are also unique. The chest was quite arranged and the shape was quite different from the original. The body shape is also quite thick. The waist pipe is also a little thicker.

Arms and legs

There is no big arrangement around here, but it is thick like the others and the pipes are also messy. The shoulders are asymmetrical. The spike armor was also big.

Weaponry and Accessories

Equipped with machine gun and heat hawk. The bazooka was not attached. Zaku machine gun foregrip is movable and the magazine is removable. Note that the scope is fixed. Heat hawk can be mounted on the side of the waist or the back of the waist. There was no stored item like the ROBOT Spirit. With the ROBOT Spirit version and Gundam of the same series. The color was also quite different from ver. ANIME.

Articulation and Movability

Since the joints are common to the series, the movement is almost the same as usual. There is no shoulder drawer, but you can hold it with both hands. As usual, the waist is 30 degrees and the knees are about 90 degrees, which is a bit cramped. There is no problem with raising the shoulders, so it is possible to swing up the heat hawk.

I can't shake it flashy because my hips turn only a little, but it was easy to give a facial expression because the mono eye moves. Good grounding. The large ankles give a perfect sense of stability. Tackle. The pipe is made of soft material and is connected with a ball joint. It comes off occasionally, but there is no particular stress. Confrontation with Gundam. The standard kick can be reproduced almost like that. The body shape balance is quite different from Gundam, but there were times like this in the old drawing, so it doesn't bother me so much when entwined.

Summary

This is the review of Gundam Universe Char's Zaku II from Bandai. The body shape is thicker and heavier than the image in the play, so it seems that the tastes will be different, but this was interesting because it has a unique personality that is different from other series. Although I have a feeling that it should move a little more each time, I can hold both hands of the machine gun and kick it, so considering the price etc., it was convincing.
