While it was thought that there was only one Destiny Gundam created for Shinn Asuka, ZAFT actually had plans to assemble a new special forces unit called the Concluders that consisted of multiple ace pilots all using Destiny Gundams. Heine Westenfluss, a member of another special forces, FAITH, was one of the ace pilots selected for the new unit. A specially adjusted Destiny Gundam with an orange-based color palette matching his personal colors was prepared for him. However, his MS was never deployed due to his death.

From "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY", Destiny Gundam's Heine exclusive machine is now available in clear color. Adopts a clear orange molding color that is inspired by the personal color of Heine Westenfluss.

The double joints built into the torso make it possible to reproduce the forward bending action characteristic of Destiny Gundam. Hand parts come with a grip that can hold a weapon and an open hand for "Palma Fiocina". 

Aroundight, high-energy long-range beam cannon, beam boomerang, and a wealth of other weapons are included. Abundant effect parts that color powerful poses are included.
