Devil Hunter Metalbuild DH-01 Date Masamune x ASW-G-XX Gundam Vidar Review
Articulation and Movability
The foot frame is made of alloy, so it is heavy. On the other hand, when raising 90 degrees forward, the joint axis holding force of the crotch root part is insufficient.
It has a wide range of lateral opening and incorporates a click joint. Glick type joints can be sharpened. The degree of freedom of joints has a great influence on mobility and standing posture.
When equipped with a click mechanism, the angle at which the joint can be stopped is inevitably limited. In this kit, the angle to stop the click joint of both crotch joints is. It is noticeable that it is limited, and it has some influence on the proportions.
Finishing
The painting effect is good as a whole, and the gates of some parts stand out. It is a pity that the white parts are not painted.
Summary
At least the problem of lack of color sense has been improved. Also, because the quick mechanism is built into the joints such as shoulders, hands, and crotch, the crackling sound and hold feeling when moving is irresistible.
However, it is a normal level compared to the finished level of alloy finished products at this time. Not as good as SL or MOSHOW.
Most of the frames are die-cast, but because the Vidar frame is thin, The finished alloy product does not feel heavy for the hands, and it is thin as a whole from the side. It hurts when I'm stabbed afterwards, so it's basic to pose and decorate it in a cool pose.
