The MSJ-R122 Demi Barding (デミバーディング Demibādingu) is a mobile suit featured in the Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury series. This particular Demi Barding is a newly developed prototype mobile suit created by Burion as part of the Demi series. It serves as a concept model used for testing and development purposes.

The Demi Barding was constructed without prioritizing profitability, resulting in specifications that exceed the norm. Nevertheless, the design incorporates the ease of maintenance and other characteristic features of the Demi series.

From the series "Mobile Suit Gundam Witch from Mercury," the Demi Barding has been transformed into a three-dimensional High Grade (HG) model. The model features a large backpack positioned on the back of the mobile suit. The thrusters attached to the legs can move forward and also serve as storage for the beam saber. The beam rifle can be held by both hands thanks to the movable auxiliary grip.
