HG 1/144 FXA-05D G-Defenser & Flying Armor from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam is now available as assembly plastic model kit Gunpla High Grade Universal Century [ HGUC ] Premium Bandai.

FXA-05D G-Defenser

FXA-05D G-Defenser is a support fighter introduced in the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam anime. The FXA-05D G-Defenser is a fighter craft created to support the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II in battle and has similar concept as the One Year War's G-Fighter. It has powerful thrusters, Gundarium alloy armor and is armed with missiles, vulcan guns, mini laser guns and a long rifle. In combat, the G-Defenser can serve as an independent support unit for the Gundam Mk-II, or dock with it to form the more powerful RX-178+FXA-05D Super Gundam.

Flying Armor

Flying Armor is a support vehicle developed for the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II. AEUG's strategy relied on launching lightning-fast attacks on Earth Federation Forces bases, such as Jaburo, from space. However, while it was possible to re-enter the atmosphere using the ballute system, it rendered the mobile suit defenseless during the process, and AEUG was unable to use large HLV either due to financial reasons. Therefore, the Flying Armor was developed. In addition, it also served as a proof of concept for the atmospheric entry ability of Project Zeta.\

Plastic Model Kit Gunpla HGUC 1/144 FXA-05D G-Defenser & Flying Armor

A set of "HGUC Flying Armor" and "HGUC G Defensor" that can be linked with "RG 1/144 Gundam Mk-II" (sold separately) to recreate various scenes. Some molding colors have been changed to match the stylish color pattern of RG. Dedicated realistic decals are included. G Defensor is equipped with a missile bay opening and closing and a core fighter attachment and detachment gimmick. Combine with Gundam Mk-II (sold separately) to reproduce G Flyer and Super Gundam.

In addition, each part of the flying armor has been given precise details, faithfully reproducing the inverted V-shaped form. A dedicated stand with angle adjustment function is included.
