ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam

The ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam (ZGMF-X20A ストライクフリーダムガンダム) is the successor to the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam, introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. It is piloted by Kira Yamato. The Strike Freedom Gundam is a mobile suit specifically tuned to meet Kira Yamato's needs and combat style. Similar to its predecessor, the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam, it is equipped with Variable Phase Shift armor and specializes in long-range combat.

The armaments of the Strike Freedom Gundam are primarily focused on powerful ranged weaponry. It features head-mounted CIWS (Close-In Weapon System), an abdomen-mounted multi-phase beam cannon, hip-mounted railguns, beam sabers and beam rifles that can be combined, DRAGOON (Disconnected Rapid Armament Group Overlook Operation Network) pods controlled by the advanced Super DRAGOON system, and beam shields. The mobile suit is powered by the Hyper-Deuterion Engine, which provides exceptional energy output. It is also equipped with the Neutron Jammer Canceller to counteract the effects of Neutron Jammers and the Voiture Lumiere propulsion system for high-speed movement.

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" series, a special version of the "METAL ROBOT SPIRITS <SIDE MS> Strike Freedom Gundam" has been released. The kit features a renewed color scheme for the entire body. The primary color, white, has been transformed into a glossy and deep blue-white, providing a luxurious appearance. Additionally, the markings have been redesigned entirely, with gold as the main color, enhancing the overall sense of density and adding a further touch of luxury.

Furthermore, the pedestal and struts of the kit have been updated to the latest format in the METAL ROBOT SPIRITS series. These improvements allow for a more stable hold and provide the option for height adjustment, enhancing the overall display capabilities of the kit.
