The HG 1/144 GQuuuuuuX, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @nobukofu0096, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

When they watched GQuuuuuuX Beginning in theaters, the feeling of speed was very impressive, and they aimed to capture that sense of momentum in the build! They focused on the silhouette, including the backpack, so they encourage everyone to take a closer look.

For the launcher, they combined Kotobukiya’s Freestyle Bazooka with a weapon from the ULTRAMAN SUIT Ver. 7.5: Forced Entry Type. They’ve always wanted to use the Ultraman weapon because it’s so cool.

The backpack mainly uses Kotobukiya’s Mecha Supply Ex Armor E. Since the design of the GQuuuuuuX is quite unique, they thought it would pair well with Kotobukiya’s distinctively styled parts, and they were right.

They wanted to add a sparkling effect to the recessed details on the head and legs, so they used holographic tape purchased from Amazon and set it with resin. Unfortunately, the effect doesn’t quite capture well in photos.

  The crotch area. The mechanical-looking protruding details were painted with fluorescent paint to make them shine. This became one of their favorite parts!

They also added playful details, such as decals inspired by the sponsors of Klan Battle on the backpack and fine blue decals on the legs, which they purchased from a miniature car shop.
