The HG 1/144 GQuuuuuuX Final Model, masterfully customized by the Gunpla builder @DorachuNEX, stands as an exemplary model of unique modification and intricate detailing.

The "GQuuuuuux Final Unit Color Scheme" was completed!

Based on the GQuuuuuux, they mixed parts to adjust the silhouette to resemble the Final Unit. For the head, they used the non-deployable version as a base, added ducts, and crafted antennas using plastic plates.

To achieve Evangelion’s signature silhouette for the backpack, they attached four knife frames from the Frame Arms "Freswerk" series onto arms and mounted them. Homemade armor plates were added to the sides as well.

The backpack, originally designed for the back, was relocated to the waist.

For the legs, they transplanted the ankles and feet from Gundam Plutone. The result looked like proper shoes, not too large, just as they imagined.

They prioritized the silhouette so much that they didn’t consider kneeling poses at all. When posing with a rifle, like in the second photo, it ended up looking a bit strained. They only noticed after gluing and posing it—nothing to be done now.

The rifle was simply painted to look appropriate, without any particular elaborate modifications. (lol)

As for the distinctive sword, they mixed the Grand Slam from EG Strike and the Heat Axe from GQuuuuuux to create something fitting.

For the wings, they took GQuuuuuux’s beam sabers, applied an orange-gradient paint, and then sprayed a polarized coating.
