Bandai Action Figure METAL ROBOT魂 Spirits <SIDE MS> Nu Gundam From Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack
Amuro Ray's final mobile suit, the Nu Gundam, finally makes its appearance in the METAL ROBOT Spirits series! It includes not only the Nu Gundam's standard equipment but also a variety of effect parts. Recreate famous scenes from the series!
The front view is simple yet packed with detail. The Nu Gundam's chic, monotone coloring is a defining feature. The back view shows the detailed soles of the feet and the underside of the shield, faithfully recreated to the original design. Fully equipped. The Nu Gundam's distinctive fin funnels create a striking silhouette.
Die-cast parts are used, primarily for the joints. Even equipped with fin funnels, which are balanced differently on the left and right, stable posing is possible. The beam rifle shares the same simple and chic design and coloring as the Nu Gundam. The shield features a print of Amuro's personal mark.
The New Hyper Bazooka can be held in the hand or mounted on the back. The fin funnels can be displayed in firing mode using the dedicated joints and effect parts. The beam saber includes two different beam blades for scene recreations, in addition to the standard part. The image above shows the sideways stance seen in the battle against Sazabi. A dedicated support is also included for displaying it in a stable pose. This part recreates the idling state to reduce energy consumption.
Mobile Suit Unit RX-93 ν Gundam
The RX-93 ν Gundam (Nu Gundam) is one of the most iconic mobile suits in the Gundam franchise, first appearing in the 1988 anime film Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack. Piloted by the legendary ace Amuro Ray, the ν Gundam was developed by the Earth Federation’s Londo Bell task force as a cutting-edge Newtype-use mobile suit. Designed by renowned mechanical designer Yoshiyuki Tomino and featuring the revolutionary Fin Funnel system, the RX-93 showcases advanced psycho-frame technology that enhances responsiveness and combat performance. Its distinctive white and navy color scheme, asymmetrical funnel layout, and powerful beam weaponry have made it a fan-favorite among Gundam enthusiasts worldwide. As a symbol of Amuro Ray’s final battle against Char Aznable, the RX-93 ν Gundam remains one of the most celebrated and influential mobile suits in the history of the Gundam series.
