The MG 1/100 Mass Production Type Hyaku Shiki Kai returns to the Premium Bandai lineup as a Master Grade kit based on the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam MSV series.

The kit faithfully recreates the distinctive Mass Production Type Hyaku Shiki Kai with newly molded parts for its characteristic design. Newly shaped components include the head, shoulder armor, beam gatling guns, backpack, and other sections that distinguish this mobile suit from the standard Hyaku Shiki.

The head features a distinctive extended rear section, while the shoulder armor has been newly designed to reproduce the characteristic appearance of the Mass Production Type Hyaku Shiki Kai.

The backpack also features newly molded side sections with detailed mechanical construction. The included Clay Bazooka can be mounted on the backpack, providing additional display and equipment options.

The characteristic gold color of the Hyaku Shiki is reproduced using a non-plated gold molded color. This gives builders the option to enjoy the kit directly out of the box or customize and paint the model according to their preference.

Two Beam Gatling Guns are included and are reproduced using different molded colors. Their bases feature rotating mechanisms, allowing the weapons to be positioned at various angles for dynamic action poses.

The kit can also be assembled as a standard Hyaku Shiki by selecting the appropriate parts during construction. This gives the Master Grade release additional versatility for collectors and builders.

Both the Mass Production Type Hyaku Shiki Kai and standard Hyaku Shiki configurations are compatible with the separately sold 1/100 Mega Bazooka Launcher and Ballute Pack. A water-slide decal sheet with markings for both configurations is also included.
