GN-001 Gundam Exia

Specializing in close combat and armed mainly with melee weapons, the Gundam Exia is one of four Gundams deployed in AD 2307 by the paramilitary organization, Celestial Being, to eliminate world conflicts through armed interventions.

To fight against the world with their small numbers and win, these Gundams have overwhelming power and equipped with advanced technology a century ahead of its time.Notably, the semi-perpetual GN Drive mounted in the center of the Gundams provide almost limitless energy and generates special, multifunctional GN Particles.

The GN Particles grant outstanding mobility, including independent flight capabilities, and are also utilized for beam weaponry, attitude control, and stealth purposes as the discharged particles can cause electromagnetic interference, leaving conventional communication and radar devices useless. The Gundams also share common aspects with conventional mobile suits, such as the use of E-Carbon for its armor material. However, the Gundams' E-Carbon has higher defensive power due to the use of advanced materials.

GN-001 Gundam Exia is a mobile suit featured in season one of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 and is piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei.

PG 1/60 Gundam Exia Lighting Model gets a new color scheme painted by Xu Khenhh. With a white base color and cyan accents. With a combination of Gold and burn iron on the inner frame, making this PG Exia look fierce and very real metal.

Some words from the builder.

"It was a hard decision to choose this kit for my build. With me, the color scheme of the 00 series is quite perfect for the form of the Gundam and a lot of PG Exia work has been done. The color decision becomes harder when the kit comes with the LED which can change color.

The idea is to bring to Gundam Exia an old Asian army's general feel. The inner frame as normal is using metallic color with some gold and burnt iron. The main modification here is the custom panel line. The original PG Gundam Exia lacks panels so that with only a few panel lines like in the wrist, shoulder, head... the build becomes more detailed and able to make the color separation more clear. The modeler doesn't want to add too many panel lines because it can make the gundam become tangled. In the end, quality build needs quality decal. Custom hologram decals from a Korean's brand have been used. The combination of hologram decals and pearl gloss finish make the build become cooler."
