 This is review of Gundam Universe XXXG-01S Shenlong Gundam, an action figure gundam plastic from New Mobile Report Gundam Wing series

GU Shenlong Gundam Review

As with the previous W series, some arrangements such as shoulders and shins have been added, and it is characterized by a rugged body shape than the original. 

Head Unit

The width of the head is slightly increased and there is no noticeable arrangement. It's a rather complicated design, but it was precisely modeled. The eyes are painted metallic as usual. The painting of Vulcan is omitted, but the painting of ducts etc. is polite. 

Body Unit

The chest is slightly smaller in both vertical and horizontal directions. The design of the armor was faithfully reproduced. The shapes of the front armor and side armor have been arranged. 

Arms and Legs Unit

The storage of the dragon hang is the same as the RoDa. The shoulder armor and shin are large and have a sharp body shape. The dragon hang can be expanded and contracted as it is. It can be deployed as it is, including the dragon's head and lower jaw. 

Since the arm can be moved in multiple places, it is possible to move flexibly. It's a little disappointing that the eyes of the dragon's head weren't reproduced. Shield on the left arm.Just insert it into the hole in your arm. back. The base of the beam grave mount is rotatable

Weaponry and Accessories

The beam blade is not a clear part but a metallic paint. With the RoDa version Shenlong Gundam. For a massive figure like the previous W series. The texture was cheaper than the RoDa. This completes the initial 5 Gundams of the W series. The first wing was June 2019, so it took two years. 

Movability and Articulation

Since the joints are common to the series, the movement is almost the same as before. Unlike the early days, the waist can be turned about 30 degrees, so the movement of swinging the weapon can be reproduced fairly flashy. The legs could be opened wide and the ground contact was good. Large upper tier is also possible. However, due to the interference with the front armor, the legs did not rise so high. 

Dragon hang deployment. The joints were so stiff that they didn't sag even when stretched. The RoDa has extension parts, so it feels a little short without them. 

Summary

This is the review of GUNDAM UNIVERSE Shenlong Gundam. The Gundam Universe is often sold off from the early days, and I personally thought it was a series that I didn't know how long it would last, but it continued unexpectedly for a long time, and the initial 5 bodies of Gundam W are now complete. 

The result is almost similar to the previous W series in terms of arrangement, texture, movement, etc., and it seems that it is neither good nor bad, and those who have collected the W series so far are generally satisfied.
