An effect set for the previously released RG Hi-ν Gundam has been made available on Premium Bandai, priced at 2,970 yen. The set includes 2 each of 3 types of fin funnel effects and 6 clear blue jet effects, which are repurposed from figure-rise effects. Additionally, the set comes with tip caps, arms, and joints compatible with jet effects.

Action base 4 is also included in the package. Parts that are not used are treated as optional and can be used freely. The basic usage of the Jet Effect is similar to other effects; connecting the included struts and joints as desired, attaching it to the base, and connecting the main body of the Jet Effect to the BJ at the tip.

The set contains various struts and joint parts, allowing for the creation of longer struts. The BJ appears when removing the effect at the tip, enabling the connection of effects. The usage of the jet effect is similar to that of the ν Gundam effect set, with the fin funnel and effect attaching to the tip.

Movability and Articulation

The joint at the tip features a 3mm pin, making it compatible with Sazabi's funnels. Unlike the MG Hi-ν Gundam, the fin funnel effect parts in this set are three-dimensional clear parts instead of PET material, providing an impressive energy charge state with a fine discharge appearance.

Snapfit

The clear pink parts are not as reactive to black light as expected. Effects can be attached to all six fin funnels, but due to having two of each, additional sets are required for a uniform effect appearance. The action base 4 system, consisting of three bases, offers flexibility and ease in support arrangement, with the base itself being clear black.

Each effect can be securely fixed with dowels, eliminating any sliding issues. The struts allow for placement in higher positions, with a 3mm joint connection offering high flexibility. However, caution is needed as excessive height may cause the fin funnel with a large effect to become unstable.

The PET material effects boast beautiful complex colors, but the three-dimensional clear parts effects, especially the huge effect, make a significant impact. Connecting the jet effects together is effortless using the 3mm joint, and other stands can be used as well. The beam firing state resembles a massive beam sword. The joint shape of the fin funnel is compatible with RGν Gundam as well.
