This is a review of the FW GUNDAM CONVERGE CORE Strike Gundam FULL WEAPON SET. The design is similar to the #20 Strike Gundam, but with notable updates including modifications to the shoulder and wrist, and a darker color scheme.

Main Body and Design

The main body maintains the same basic shape as the #20 Strike Gundam, but with added details. The shoulder has holes for attaching the sword and launcher packs, and the right wrist has a handle for the beam saber. The color is a shade darker compared to the #20 Strike, giving it a slightly more mature look.

Optional Configurations and Accessories

The FULL WEAPON SET comes with several configurations and weapons, including:

Aile Strike: This is a simple swap, with the body remaining the same shape as the #20, but a darker color. The Aile Striker wings and thrusters are slightly different in color from the normal version.
Beam Sabers: These are included as an accessory, fitting well with the Strike Gundam.
Bazooka and Armor Schneider: As expected from a "Full Weapon" set, both the bazooka and Armor Schneider are included, adding additional firepower and combat versatility.

Sword Strike Configuration

When switched to Sword Strike, the Schwert Gewehr weapon is included, though the beam blade that was removable in the sample model cannot be detached in the actual product. Nonetheless, the Schwert Gewehr is held in hand and fits securely.

Launcher Strike Configuration

For the Launcher Strike form, the Agni launcher can be held under the arm by adjusting the arm's connection and replacing the left shoulder with a special piece designed for this configuration.

Perfect Strike Configuration

The Perfect Strike is one of the most interesting forms in this set. The Aile Striker uses a special part designed for this model, with distinct wings and thrusters. Additionally, the strikers are compatible with the Eclipse Gundam #26, allowing for a variety of possible configurations, such as:

Aile Striker: Attach the Aile Striker as it is.
Sword Striker: Equip it on the left shoulder with a special joint.
Launcher Striker: This can be attached without any additional parts.
Multiple Assault Striker: This variant is equipped by swapping the battery part with a special one.

Quality and Build

The body itself has a darker color than the previous #20 Strike Gundam, with new markings on the right shoulder. However, some issues were noticed, such as the misalignment of the print on the U-shaped slit and a slightly rough parting line on the cheek. Additionally, the beam blade for the Schwert Gewehr cannot be removed as shown in the sample, which is a bit of a disappointment.

On the positive side, the original body design remains solid and looks great at first glance. The striker packs are precisely crafted and easy to attach and remove. The Perfect Strike form in particular looks very powerful and is a strong highlight of the set.

Summary

The FW GUNDAM CONVERGE CORE Strike Gundam FULL WEAPON SET is a well-crafted model with great attention to detail. Although there are some small quality concerns, such as print misalignment and the inability to detach the beam blade of the Schwert Gewehr, the overall design and versatility make it a solid addition to any Gundam collection. The various striker packs are easy to swap out, offering a variety of display options, and the Perfect Strike configuration is especially impressive.

Looking ahead, the upcoming Impulse Gundam silhouette set has me excited, as it will be the first time the Impulse Gundam is part of the Converge line. With the ability to display all three units in a row, it promises to be another exciting release in the series.
